Yes. Please provide the quantity, product links, photos, and layout details before booking so we can estimate the time, labor, and number of builders needed.
Yes. The furniture must be delivered and available before we can begin. Having the boxes near the setup area helps the appointment go smoother. If boxes need to be moved from another area on the same property, our builders may be able to help as long as it can be done safely.
Yes, for larger office projects. Please have a general layout or placement plan ready before the appointment so items can be assembled and placed where you want them.
Yes. Please make sure the office, room, or workspace is clear and accessible before the appointment. If the area is blocked, cluttered, unsafe, or not ready, the project may be delayed, rescheduled, or repriced.
We may be able to move assembled items short distances within the workspace if it can be done safely. Heavy, oversized, fragile, or difficult-to-move items may require additional labor or may not be movable after assembly.
If parts are missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect, the project may be delayed or incomplete. Hand2Hammer Services is not responsible for manufacturer defects, missing pieces, damaged products, incorrect instructions, or poor product quality. A return visit may be needed once replacement parts arrive, and additional charges may apply depending on the situation.
After-hours availability may be available depending on the schedule, project size, and location. Additional fees may apply for evening, weekend, or special scheduling requests.
We clean up the work area after assembly. We can break down boxes and place packaging in the customer’s designated trash or recycling area when requested. Large-volume disposal or haul-away may require an additional fee.
